dshtools-sensevoice-input: A Local Voice Input Plugin Based on SenseVoiceSmall

The DSH Desktop plugin `dshtools-sensevoice-input` provides a fully local voice interaction solution that does not rely on cloud APIs. By leveraging the FunASR framework and the SenseVoiceSmall model, the plugin integrates a microphone button; when clicked, recorded audio is automatically transcribed and written to the draft area via `inputActions.setDraft`, along with language and emotion labels. It supports theme adaptation, lazy model loading, and self-healing capabilities. Before use, a script must be run to install the model (approximately 5GB). It currently operates in offline batch-processing mode, with a maximum recording duration of 60 seconds per session. Initial loading may take longer, but subsequent recognition is fast.
